Stock On Hand
 
We try to keep a full inventory of all items, in all sizes at all times.  If an item is not listed on the website it is generally not currently available.  If a certain item is out of stock but listed on the website, we will send an email letting you know the item is out of stock.  We will ask you if you prefer an equivalent substitute item.  If we cannot reach you within 2 business days, we will ship the other items in your order immediately, and refund you for the out of stock item.
 
Cancellations
 
If you wish to cancel your order or an item within your order you must contact us prior to the processing of your payment.  Once your credit card has been processed there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee that applies to any refund, even if an order is not shipped.  The credit card company charges us hefty processing fees; the cancellation fee covers the cost of the initial charge and refund transaction fees.  Once the order is shipped, the refused package policy will apply.
 
Shipping Policy
 
Our online order form calculates the shipping charges based on the retail dollar price of the sale.  All orders will be shipped using UPS ground, FedEx ground, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail.  Orders will be shipped 3 to 7 days after receipt of the order.  Some items, such as custom items, may take up to 3 weeks to ship.  Some items such as large oversized items or overweight items may be subject to addtional shipping charges.  Should this occur, these costs will be due over the standard shipping charge and we will contact you to authorize shipment prior to shipping the item. 
 
All customers are responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, taxes, or other fees attibutable to your country of receipt or residence.

International Shipping
 
International shipping is available for most countries.  Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to advise you of additional shipping charges and ask you if you would like to proceed witlh the order.  These rates will be charged in excess of the domestic shipping charges.  All customers are responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, taxes, or other fees attibutable to your country of receipt or residence.
 
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
 
Refused, unclaimed pacages, or address misinformation on the part of the customer are in this category.  Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 30% restocking fee will apply and the remaining balance will be refunded.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable.  Undeliverable packages requiring reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a rerouting charge, equal to the original shipment fees.
 
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
 
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact us using the contact form within 5 business days of delivery of merchandise to inform us of the problem .  We will cheerfully correct the problem.  No damage claims are accepted for return after the 5 business day period has elapsed.
 
Occaisionally, products are damaged in shipping.  All domestic shipments are insured.  When handling a damaged shipment, you must note any damage or shortages on all delivery receipts or freight bills and sign only for the material actually delivered.  If, upon further inspection, you notice any concealed damage or loss, you must save all boxes and packaging material and notify us immediately.
 
FedEx requires us to report all damages to the carrier immediately for inspection.  Therefore, you must notify us with any damage within5 business days after receipt.  Claims initiated on damaged items or a lost order can take the carrier 7-10 days to process and inspect.  Once the package is inspected by the carrier, a claim for damage is initiated, and a replacement will be sent.
 
We will accept returns for factory damaged defective or erroneously shipped merchandise only.  If, after return is received by MyWickedWays, an item is determined to be damaged due to other than a factory defect, the purchaser will be charged for the cost of the return shipment, and all other applicable return, restocking fees, any remaining refund will be credited back to the purchasers credit card.
 
Return Policy Guidelines for ALL Returns and Exchanges
 
MyWickedWays stands behind every product we sell.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.  However, you must return merchandise according to our guidelines and Store Policies.  If returns are received without these conditions being met, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred.
 
No return is accepted without prior approval.  Please contact us using the Contact Us form to obtain authorization for the return.
 
Original Invoice/Packing slip must accompany the return.
 
MyWickedWays reserves the right to determine if a product is in unused condition or is caused by other than a factory defect.
 
Return the unused product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials including instructions, etc.  ALL returned products must be returned in the same condition and packing material in which it was received, i.e. intact plastic sleeves for each item, and company tags intact (not priced or marked in any way).
 
We strongly advise that you ship all returns back to us in an Insured Package with Delivery Confirmation.  MyWickedWays is not responsible for lost merchandise which is not received.
 
Sales, Promotions and Special Discounts are final sales and are not returnable.
 
Products which pose a health risk if used are not returnable.
 
Custom orders and monogrammed items are not returnable.
 
Shipping and Handling is nonrefundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense unless the item is damaged or defective.  (See those policies above.)
 
A $5.00 restocking, shipping and handling fee will apply to each item returned.
 
Addtional items ordered in an exchange will be charged the standard shipping and handling fees.
